What are the benefits of enrolling in the GDG: Victory Club program?
The Victory Club program lets you earn 1 point for every U.S. $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic purchases in dine-in and online orders (not eligible for 3rd Party Delivery Services, EzCater orders, concessions, or Amalie Arena.)
How do I enroll in the Glory Days Grill: Victory Club Program?
- Download the GDG: Victory Club app in the App store or Google Play Location
- Follow the prompts for signing up OR visit our website to sign up
- If you are already registered for our Victory Club program, use the same email or username and password. Then start earning points by giving your server your phone number or check-in code and use the GDG App to redeem rewards!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by ordering online while logged-in, ordering through the app, or sharing your check-in code/phone number with the Server when you dine-in. You can only earn points on food and non-alcoholic purchases.
Is there a fee for enrolling into the Victory Club program?
No. No fees apply to the Victory Club program.
Can anyone enroll in the Victory Club Program?
Program membership is only open to individual U.S. residents who are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of 17, you’ll need to get permission from your parent or legal guardian to enroll.
How do I change the email address on my Victory Club account?
On the VC app: Tap open the menu icon on the upper left and select “Update Profile,” and then under “Account Information” you can edit the email. Make sure to tap “Save.”
After I register my account, will you share the information in my Victory Club account?
No, protecting your privacy is important to us at Glory Days Grill. GDG does not share your personal information with anyone outside of GDG without your consent, and no one else can access your personal information, excepted in the limited ways listed in the GDG’s Privacy Policy. Please review GDG’s Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information.
What happens once I reach a Points threshold?
When you have earned enough Points to reach a Point threshold on eligible purchases using your Victory Club account, GDG will offer you the respective reward option. Once you choose one of the reward options, we’ll present it to you with a GDG reward coupon on the app, which you can redeem at any participating GDG location (FL only).
Do Victory Club reward coupons ever expire?
Yes. If you don’t redeem your rewards within 90 days, the reward will expire.
I redeemed my points for a reward, but I changed my mind and would like to continue earning points towards the next threshold or change the reward option, can I undo this?
No. Once you select your reward, the Points are no longer available and you can’t undo your choice.
Can I receive cash back on the Victory Club reward?
No. It cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I use my Victory Club reward together with another coupon?
Yes, you can combine your Victory Club rewards with another coupon. You may not, however, use two Victory Club rewards in one purchase.
I made an eligible purchase at a Glory Days Grill location; it is not reflected in my Victory Club account!

I don’t have a smartphone or a computer. Can I still participate?
In order to participate in the Victory Club program, a Guest will need to register through the Glory Days Grill Victory Club app or on our Victory Club sign up.

Do you have nutritional information available
Absolutely! Food quality and your safety are two of our biggest responsibilities. We want you to have the information you need to make informed decisions. Our nutrition calculator on our website will provide you with a complete nutritional breakdown for everything on our menu. Absolutely! If you want your Glory Days Grill FL to go, you can easily order on this app and through our website. Whether it's for you, friends, family, or co-workers, we'll have your order ready for curbside pickup. Delivery is also available through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

How do I download the Victory Club App?
The Victory Club app can be downloaded in the App store for iOS device and in the Google Play store for Android devices. There will be a QR code available on the main menu for guests to scan and download the app as well.
Which GDG locations are part of the Victory Club program?
The Victory Program is only available at FL locations. (Excludes Test Kitchen, Amalie Arena, and concessions.)
I already have a Victory Club account, but have never downloaded the app. Do I need to make a new account?
No! You can use your same login information for your Victory Club account on the app.

Why do you need my birthday month and year?
We love to surprise and delight our guests with a birthday treat in the future! And we want to make sure you are at least 13 years old.
Can I cancel my mobile order once it has been placed?
When you submit an order, it is sent directly to our Team Members at the location you ordered from. If you need to cancel or modify your order, and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online account, please call the location directly to speak to one of our Team Members.
Can I change the pick-up time for a mobile order once it has been placed?

How do I update my account and communication preferences?
You can modify your account or communication preferences by logging into your account or on the app under “Update Profile.”
Where can I see all of my past transactions?
Within the app, you can check out your recent online transactions by clicking on the “Recent Orders” button on the home screen. If you want to see your dine-in transactions as well, please visit our online account portal and select “Transaction History.”
How can I update my payment method?
When checking out via the mobile app or you’ve logged into the online ordering site, you will have the opportunity to add a new payment method at checkout. Once a new payment method has been added, you can have the option to save it for future orders.

We realize you have a busy life and we never want to overload you or your inbox. Periodically, we'll communicate by email to keep you up to date and make sure you don't miss any valuable rewards. You will always have the ability to opt out if you choose.
