GLORY DAYS GRILL NAMES NEW DISTRICT MANAGER
17-STORE CHAIN HIRES 10-YEAR VETERAN FOR MARYLAND STORES

Fairfax, VA - (Monday, March 22, 2004) - Glory Days Grill, a regionally owned and operated restaurant company, named Mike Dolinger as District Manager of its four Maryland stores located in Bowie, Germantown, Pasadena & Towson.

In addition to having several years of franchise experience in the retail convenience and fuel industries, Dolinger has six years in the hospitality industry, having been a franchise owner of Coffee Beanery and an area supervisor for Hard Times Café.

Glory Days Grill operates full-service restaurants in Florida, Maryland, Nevada and Virginia and has announced plans to open four new restaurants this year. The company had sales growth of 70% during 2003 and was ranked fifth largest locally owned restaurant chain by the Washington Business Journal.

In addition to dine in, Glory Days Grill offers to go services and can accommodate large groups for special occasions.
